It's a January of Returns For The Spireites As Boden Signs

January 2019 has already been a month to remember for the Spireites, with the return of legendary Manager John Sheridan, and Today Chesterfield's very own Scott Boden. This will be the 29 year olds' second spell at the club. Boden joins from Gateshead (who currently sit 8th in the table and 2 points off the play offs). Boden has scored 11 times this season for Gateshead, with two of those times being at the Proact Stadium in the Spireites' 3-0 defeat to the North Eastern Side, cheers Scott!

Since Boden departing the Spireites in 2013, he has gone onto play for six different teams: Macclesfield, Halifax, Newport County, Inverness CT, Wrexham and Gateshead, scoring 56 goals.

The 29 year old is on fire this season and no doubt will carry his form across to Chesterfield - a place he calls 'Home'.
